Reflection
Experience
This module has been pretty stressful to me when it comes to needing to balance between this module and other modules that are equally stressful. But, I tried my best to meet the deadlines and to complete the required task, it wasn't easy but I'm glad that I've made it through. There are times that I feel like giving up, but at the end of the day, I have to complete it no matter what.
Looking back from the start to the end of the line. I definitely find the digital part of the module more interesting because I'm able to explore more such as the animated artworks and so on. Don't get me wrong, I liked every single part of the tasks given, it's just the time management part and to balance between each modules are what that drains my energy away. I'll have to get back stronger, to manage my time better and to multi task more effectively. Thanks once again Mr Vinod, for guiding me throughout the semester. You've taught me well, now it's time for me to continue improving and keep on going.
Observation
I think one of the things that I definitely need to improve on is the finishing of my works. I realize that my finishing of my works since day 1 was never perfect, there's some flaws and some imperfection. I'm still working on it and I hope I'm able to work on it more effectively. I guess now it's time for me to work on my works and styles during the semester break. I'll definitely take this semester as a lesson so that I can deal with the works more effectively in the future.
Findings
Publishing design has made me explore more things about printing and I have to be honest here, I find printing hard and also compilcated. There are so many requirements about it such as having bleed mark to avoid over cutting the edges but the end printing product is very satisfying. Another thing that I find it hard to achieve throughout this module is consistency. I find out that I constantly lack consistency because I wasn't sure what to do at first but when the rhythm comes, it was a breeze to me. But at the end of the day, I have learned a lot from this module especially I know that the industry will demand more than just this. Mr Vinod helped me a lot throughout to, from giving me feedback to guiding me whenever I have a mistake.
